Just in time for summer we have a delicious watermelon poke recipe from Daniel et Daniel!

Give this simple and refreshing dish a try for all your summertime gatherings. It goes great on its own or with little sustainable seafood!

Ingredients

  • 150g prepared sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 30g frozen edamame
  • 3g nori sheets
  • 150g cubed unseeded watermelon

Instructions

  • Slice nori pieces into ½ inch strips
  • Roll the rice into a cylinder and cut 15 pieces
  • Wrap the rice with the nori
  • Mix the diced watermelon with the spicy mayo
  • Add it to the top of the rice and garnish with a couple edamame pieces
