Ocean Wise will be at the Science Teacher Association of Ontario Conference 2023 hosting a workshop entitled Empowering Ocean Champions Through Climate Change Pedagogies in Science Education led by Ocean Wise Educator Mala Sharma.
By exploring our climate change pedagogies, learn about how the land-based, emotional literacy, and transformative citizenship and activism approaches to environmental education can foster a meaningful and impactful learning experience to empower youth and appease eco-anxiety.
