Project Description
I created an activity about food security/urban agriculture for the Santropol Roulant organisation to use in their workshops with youth.
What was your biggest challenge?
It was difficult to find a creative way to incorporate complex themes into an accessible, fun activity for youth.
What was your most valuable takeaway?
I learned about food security in Canada, and interdependence between the environment, food security, and local initiatives regarding urban agriculture.
