Photo challenge focused on getting people outside with survey on their understanding of microplastics in their community.

Photography competition focused on waterways with a survey component to increase curiosity of microplastic origins.

What was your biggest challenge?

Managing my time was a big challenge for me!

What was your most valuable takeaway?

My biggest take away is that I am capable of creating change despite my external circumstances.

I grew by getting familiar with social media and marketing to a broad audience – I am now motivated to take more pictures!
