Ocean Wise Ambassador – 2022 Ocean Bridge Cohort
My love of the ocean has led me to become an at-sea fisheries observer. After spending months working on fishing boats in the gulf of St Lawrence and in the arctic, I can safely say that nothing beats the feeling of waking on the water and loving what you do.
Hearing dozens of experienced fishermen talk about how much the ocean has changed in the last decades really puts things in perspective and pushes me to keep fighting for ocean conservation… because we can all make a difference!
